What are your delivery options?

We offer 1 delivery option:

  • Flat Rate $80.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days to prepare the clone for shipping within the continental USA. A tracking number is emailed once the label is scanned and your new clone will be sent overnight delivery to minimize transport stress.
What are you payment options?

We offer the following payment options:

  1. Pay with MESH ($1000 MAX) – Mesh accepts Debit/Credit cards What is MESH?
  2. Cash (USD) / Money Order
  3. Crypto (BTC & ETH)
  4. US Bank Pay ( Account/Routing Number)
Do you provide International delivery?

No.  Unfortunately, we only ship in the US

What is your returns policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped.  Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

What happens if my clone dies?

Always try to retrieve your clone as soon as possible after it has been delivered. Once you have opened the package, if the clone somehow looks to be in bad shape, email us a picture and description of the problem within 24 hours of the package arriving. This will allow us to log that there is an issue with the order. If you do not reach out within 24 hours of delivery, the claim will not be considered. Keep in mind transportation places a bit of stress on clones, but almost always they will bounce back within a few days if you take good care of them. If they do not bounce back and end up dying, reach out to us again with an updated photo and description of what happened, and our team will more than likely replace your clone. This will only be done one time, so make sure that you are available to accept your clone as soon as possible after it has been delivered.

It was freezing cold out/ incredibly hot when the clone was delivered and I couldn’t get to it for several hours; can it be replaced?
No. You are provided with tracking information so that you can ensure someone is available to receive your new clone. If your clone dies because it was left out in bad weather conditions, that is not the fault of Elite Clones.
Should I quarantine my new clone?
Yes. We take every possible care to ensure your new plant will arrive to you pest free, but it will always be a best practice measure to inspect your new clone with a jewelers loop, or other magnifying device, upon arrival and quarantine it for a few days prior to introducing it to your garden.
