First off I want to say the customer service and response to questions is exactly how I run my company. If you send in a question via email it’s answered immediately. Shout out for that number one. Second the packaging and delivery was perfect. It’s overnighted and is kinda expensive but hey there is a reason and it’s necessary to get it as fast as possible. Lastly I ran into a problem with my humidity after discussing it via email we problem solved and even got some IPM suggestions for later for my new climate. A replacement slip was sent out immediately and you can tell this is a company who just wants to succeed. Making the customer happy and to have a good business. It’s not often I find someone with response times like we do for our non related business type but he damn sure did it. Much respect for the effort give this man a shot you won’t regret it.
